Sanctuary

When you don’t see people for a long time your world tends to shrink and you need something to fill the void. For me the garden has become my sanctuary; I know where the rabbits burrow, I know where the insects are in fact I have conversations with several through the course of my day.

I suppose seeing things grow on a daily basis reminds me that the world is still alive and even though I’m isolated so am I. And probably (like most folks) give me the choice between animals and our planet or most people I meet and it’s a no-brainer.

I thought you like a tour of my sanctuary…
