As a kid in the North East of England in the 50s corned beef was staple diet. It came in all shapes and sizes, pies, fritters, sandwiches and more. As an adult it still forms a major part of my diet partly because I like it but also because it is a connection with my past.
This evening I made my Corned Dog Hash which in USA might be referred to as a cowboy dinner but it’s been quite a while since I made my last one so it was really nice…and very filling.
