Trefin Pembrokeshire

Sometimes my working week can be quite busy and stressful and so the weekends for me are about getting out and away from stuff. These piks were taken yesterday in Trefin (pronounced Trevine I think); it’s a little cove a few miles from where I live and one of my favourite little pebble beaches in the area.

The rugged coastline of Pembrokeshire has it’s own enchantment and even more so in the colder seasons; it sort of leaves me tempted to write a short story about the smugglers who may have come ashore here back in the day, or when the village folk may have made a human chain to ferry the spoils of shipwrecks to the local public house for sharing.
