Closing in on my retirement day in April 2021, we often had zoom meetings during which I would strive to look interested by taking notes on my phone. This picture is a sample of my notes as by now my mind had moved away from the now into reflective reminiscent mode.
While looking interested I was actually thinking about a time I was in Hong Kong and there was a typhoon warning during which our ship was not permitted to stay alongside and we had to leave harbour and sail into the typhoon.
